Couldn't have had a better experience. Professional, courteous, careful to explain my options and wouldn't let me make a decision to rotate my tires because it would have been unsafe to do so for rear traction going into snow season. They truly care about us. The customer service experience was top notch and I left smiling even after spending money. (Which, by the way, they found me a better price yet still the safest option). These guys are tops!

If you have a scheduled appointment ata certain time, you ought to be served close to that time. I was not served until 40 minutes after my appointment time.

Order 4 tires on line, scheduled appointment, arrived on time and task was completed in 1hour and 10 minutes. Great customer service, communication and treated as a valuable customer.

Ben was very friendly and helpful. Took care of my car and answered some questions I had.

Both employees I interated with were very knowledgeable and nice. He told me tires were in excellent condition, no sign of uneven wear, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. My only concern was the bill nor the email follow up included the wear measure and I did email back and ask for that but no reply. I still recommend and rate this store top notch. I was at another location before and it took almost two hours for tire change; I always book online. This store seems much better organized. I think the other location actually shut down so am glad I came to this one.

I spoke with Tyler on the phone about my leaky tires. He gave me very thorough information regarding the process of re-seating and sealing the tires. When I arrived at the store, Tyler greeted me in the parking lot. The team was very careful with my classic car; they used floor jacks to gently lift my car and were very thoughtful throughout the entire process. The work was timely, they even provided a lug nut to replace one that was missing. All this and they did not charge me one cent! I absolutely recommend Tyler and his team.
